I have been using a concentrator for years. I have a unit like this one, its about 3 years old, it works well but its so loud. I even had it checked to make sure it was working correctly. I was a little unsure about getting a new unit, but I am so glad I did. This new Respironics Concentrator is very quiet and has an easy to ready screen.
