I replaced an M series CPAP machine with this auto bipap. Easier to use, less leaks, more comfortable. This is not a whole order of magnitude better, but a definite improvement. Well worth the investment and of course comes with the usual Respironics quality.
This is my first machine but my energy level has increased dramatically. This machine is very comfortable to use and my wife appreciates no more snoring and apnea episodes. I like the humidification also~no more dry throat in the morning.
